‘Better Late then Never’ makes it way to Korea

The “Better Late than Never” episode featuring Korea will air today on NBC in the United States.

NBC’s new travel reality show, starring Terry Bradshaw, George Foreman, William Shatner, Henry Winkler, and Jeff Dye, will air its Korean special as part of their travels across Asia. The cast members will learn how to dance to K-pop, visit a jjimjilbang (Korean style sauna), and according to NBC, “nearly spark an international incident” during their visit to the DMZ (demilitarized zone).

The show, based on tvN’s ‘Grandpas Over Flowers’, is about four veteran entertainers in their late sixties and seventies checking off items on their bucket list as they travel across Asia, relying on each other for support and encouragement.

The show premiered to a great reception among locals, and recorded the best ratings for a new series to premiere on network television this summer. It held steady ratings with a total viewership of 7.51 million in its second week.
