Banana Choco Pie sales start in global markets
Orion began sales of its popular banana-flavored Choco Pie snack in Taiwan, Australia and the Philippines last week. The food manufacturer has exported 200,000 boxes and plans to expand exports to 10 more countries including the U.S. and Canada.Choco Pie Banana was introduced in the domestic market in March to celebrate Orion’s 60th anniversary. The banana-flavored variation of the marshmallow and biscuit snack received positive feedback from locals and foreigners. The original Choco Pie is sold in about 60 countries.
