Daewoo E&C will begin selling apartment units in its recently-completed Choji Station Majortown Prugio complex in the city of Ansan, Gyeonggi, this month.

The Choji Station Majortown Prugio is the result of a redevelopment project combining three existing Prugio apartment complexes: Choji-1, Choji-sang and Wongok-3. Each of the 27 buildings in the new complex contains two floors below ground and 37 above, for a total of 4,030 units in the entire complex. Daewoo E&C is putting 1,388 units up for sale.

The complex has a prime location in the heart of Ansan, with the Ansan City Hall, Danwon District Office and Korea University Ansan Hospital all in the vicinity. Shopping centers like Lotte Department Store, NC Department Store and Homeplus are close by, and various cultural facilities including the Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, Ansan Wa Stadium and Ansan Arts Center are just a stone’s throw away.

The Choji Station Majortown Prugio is also situated near the Sihwa Korea Industrial Complex, increasing the value for residents and investors.

And for those looking to venture outside the city, the Choji Station Majortown Prugio is conveniently located near Banwol Station and Choji Station, both on Seoul subway line No. 4. Access to Choji Station via the Sosa-Wonsi Line and KTX high-speed rail is also in the works.

Within the Choji Station Majortown Prugio, residents will be able to enjoy top-notch facilities such as a fitness gym, golf driving range and group exercise room. Community spaces include a study room, library, meeting room, a senior center and a day care center.
