Once in a supermoon

After the supermoon on Monday night, the closest full moon in 68 years, the rising sea level flooded the roads in Jeongryang-dong in Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang, on Tuesday morning. At around 9:14 a.m., the sea level off the coast of Tongyeong rose to 293 centimeters (115 inches), the highest it’s been compared to other full moons this year. [NEWSIS]
