Part two of the recent collaboration song “Abandoned on the Street” was released Friday featuring over 100 more musicians.
The song was once again made available for free by singer Lee Seung-hwan’s agency Dream Factory. The first version of the song was released on Nov. 11 featuring Lee and fellow singers Lee Hyo-ri and Jeon In-kwon. It was previously released with the intention of providing “condolence” to Koreans who feel victimized by the ongoing political scandal.
Part two includes musicians such as Yoon Do-hyun of rock band YB, singer Lyn, Kim Jong-wan of NELL, the members of Sweet Sorrow, singer Ha Dong-kyun, and iconic guitarist Shin Dae-chul of rock band Sinawi, who provided a guitar solo.
Additionally, bands such as Pia, No Brain, Crying Nut, Transfixion, HarryBigButton, and much more provided contributions to the song.
“This is a song sung by musicians who wish to relay courage to all those who are hurt and enraged by the politicians who should be taking care of the people,” said Dream Factory.
The song was made available to download for free on the portal site Daum.
