Foreigners invited to Pyeongchang, Gangwon, learn snowboarding on a slope at the Alpensia Resort on Thursday. This year, Gangwon’s provincial government invited 170 foreigners whose countries do not have well-developed winter sports to visit. They included four young Syrian refugees. [YONHAP]
