Singer-turned-actor Sulli, a former member of girl group f(x), has extended her contract with her agency, S.M. Entertainment, according to OSEN, a local news outlet.

On Friday, the media quoted an insider of the agency confirming the extension of the contract with the singer.

The singer made her debut in entertainment as a child actor in the SBS period drama, “Ballad of Seo Dong” (2005) and debuted with the group f(x) in 2009. She left the group in August 2015 “to concentrate on her acting career.”

She has starred in several movies including “Real” that was released in 2016, and other movies such as “Fashion King” (2014) and “The Pirates” (2014). In “Real” she played the role of a crime organization boss’ therapist and lover.

Outside of her acting career, she has often been the source of much controversy in the entertainment world for posts on her Instagram account. She has posted several photos that were sexual in nature, which were met with backlash from the public, and was criticized after she made a post mocking a person with disabilities.
