T.O.P to continue military service near home
T.O.P of Big Bang will continue his mandatory military service as a public service worker at the Yongsan District Office in central Seoul, near his home.The singer originally joined the Army in February 2017 and soon after began working as a conscripted police officer.
However, he was found guilty in July of smoking marijuana multiple times and was sentenced to a two-year probation with a 10-month suspended prison term.
He was disqualified from working under the National Police Agency. He has about 520 more days to serve in the military until he is discharged.
