Kim Jun-ho defends ex-wife in post
Comedian Kim Jun-ho urged fans to not criticize his ex-wife online in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
After news broke Monday that he and stage actor Kim Eun-young had recently divorced, some had taken to blaming the funny man’s former spouse for ruining their marriage.
JDB Entertainment, the comedian’s agency, revealed on Monday that the two “mutually agreed to get divorced and although they are no longer together, they will continue to support each other.”
In his statement, the comedian said that, “The decision to get divorced is a choice we made after long consideration. I don’t feel good because these groundless comments are hurting a person who I have loved.”
The comedian became well known after becoming a part of the cast of the KBS comedy program “Gag Concert” in 2006, and he currently stars in the KBS’ variety show “2 Days and 1 Night.”
