Amcham leaders reaffirm partnership with the U.S.Leaders from the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea (Amcham) will reaffirm Korea’s status as a close economic partner of the United States during their upcoming visit to Washington, the business organization said Friday.
This year’s delegation, led by Amcham Chairman and CEO James Kim, will have more than 50 senior level meetings with U.S. government officials from the White House and the State Department, as well as the U.S. Trade Representative and experts from think tanks, AMCHAM said in a statement.
It said that, at the talks, the chamber will highlight the mutual benefits of maintaining a strong commercial relationship between the United States and Korea.
