Participants of the Seoul city government’s annual so-called daydreaming contest zone out for 90 minutes at Yeouido Hangang Park in western Seoul on Sunday. The winner out of some 70 participants of the contest, in its third year, was a middle school student, who was selected by passersby for having “daydreamed the best” without talking, using a phone, eating or sleeping during the contest.
