Kim Byung-man cast in space show
Entertainer and comedian Kim Byung-man, who is known as “Man of the Jungle” will star in an upcoming tvN variety program, the name of which translates to “Galileo: Awakened Space.”The show will take place at the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) in Utah. MDRS is only available to space scientists, strictly for laboratory purposes.
However, the show’s production crew worked with the team at MDRS and they agreed to give them access to produce the show.
“This is the first time anyone in Korea has seen MDRS, so be on the lookout for Mars exploration projects,” said a producer of the show.
They added, “The show will also include a lot of information about the mysteries of Mars.”
Kim will spend one week in an artificial space environment, learning how to survive and explore Mars. He will also carry out experiments.
The show will be shot in June and air in July.
