Son Dam-bi renews her contract

Singer-actor Son Dam-bi, who is known for her 2007 breakout single “Cry Eye,” will be renewing her contact with Keyeast Entertainment, the agency announced yesterday.
In 2015, the actor signed an exclusive contract with Keyeast Entertainment, home to many popular celebrities, such as Kim Soo-hyun, Bae Yong-joon and Jung Ryeo-won.
“Son possesses many talents,” said Hong Min-ki, the agency’s vice president of management. “We are proud to have such a [passionate] actor working with us for the next three years.”
Along with “Cry Eye,” Son has had many hit songs, such as “Saturday Night.”
Known as a “sexy diva,” she started her acting career in 2009 on the SBS drama series “Dream.”
Her latest appearance was in SBS drama series, “Mrs. Cop 2.”
She is currently working alongside actors Kwon Sang-woo, Sung Dong-il and Lee Kwang-soo on the upcoming movie “The Accidental Detective 2: In Action.” The film, which is set to hit theaters on June 13, marks Son’s big screen debut.
