Blockchain start-ups hold investor event in Singapore

Korean blockchain start-ups held a meet-up earlier this week in Singapore to explain their projects to potential investors.

According to ICO Platform, a blockchain start-up and crowdfunding platform launched last year, a total of seven blockchain projects met with investors at Duo Tower in Singapore on June 5, where more than 300 people attended.

The meet-up, officially the 1st Global Blockchain Jump-Start Meetup in Singapore, was co-hosted by: ICO Platform; Hahm Shout, a marketing service firm; Korea M&A Center; and Jenga K, an ICO consulting firm.

Other than ICO Platform, projects introduced to participants include Alphacon - a blockchain-based health care platform - and AI Crypto.

ICO Platform explained that Peter Lim, founder and CEO of PLMP Fintech, decided to invest $1 million in the company. ICO Platform is currently in the process of an initial coin offering.
