[Sponsored Report] Raemian Mokdong features the latest tech

Samsung C&T’s Raemian Mokdong Adelice apartments in the redeveloped Sinjeong New Town in Yangcheon District, western Seoul, are now on sale. The 23-building complex is one of the largest apartment complexes in Seoul, and has 1,497 apartments housed in 27-floor buildings.

Raemian Mokdong Adelice is an eco-friendly complex with a great view of the landscape. Its Strada Street shows off the scenery of Korea’s four seasons, and the Aqua Blue Garden features a pond and trees. It has the theme parks and rest zones Eco Ground and Welcome Garden.

The complex is also designed to face toward the south, providing excellent lighting and ventilation. The buildings are terraced to give a classic look.

The Raemian Mokdong Adelice also hosts community facilities, including a fitness center for residents, a sauna for them to recharge, a study room, small libraries and indoor golf facilities. The complex has a specialized design with enhanced storage space and options.

The 59-square-meter (635-square-foot) apartments offer various rooms as part of the alpha room package. The 84-square-meter room maximizes storage space with a walk-in closet. Part of the 84-square-meter units are terraced with a 36-square-meter balcony, allowing the space to be used differently depending on lifestyles. The 115-square-meter apartments can be leased partially. This allows multiple households to share one apartment.

The high-tech system at the new complex is also remarkable. Hi, Raemian is a voice recognition technology developed by Samsung C&T. It controls elevators, gas and light with Internet of Things technology. It can be used to make emergency calls, examine schedules, set timers, evaluate fine dust levels and improve the air inside the house. The front door has a facial recognition system, and residents can enter only using facial identification.

The Gyenam Neighborhood Park is nearby, and Sinjeongnegeori Seoul Metro station is a short walk away. Mokdong Academic Street is nearby, as are stores including Emart, Homeplus and Hyundai Department Store.

The complex chose 399 households from 11,190 applications on June 20. The winners will be notified on June 29, and their contracts will be accepted at the model apartment on July 10. The model apartment is located in Raemian Gallery, Munjeong-dong, in Songpa District, southern Seoul. Residents can move into the complex starting in January 2021.
