HyunA and E’Dawn confirm they’re a couple
Earlier that afternoon, the two singers’ agency, Snowball Entertainment, denied news reports and released a statement saying that “the two are not in a relationship.”
The singers worked together in 2015, when E’Dawn was still a trainee. Back then, E’Dawn performed with HyunA on stage during her hit song “Roll Deep,” replacing BtoB rapper Jung Il-hoon as the guest vocalist.
“I wanted to be honest to those who appreciate our decision,” said HyunA in an interview with Yonhap. “We are both aware of the negative consequences that will follow, but we thought it would hard to [deceive] our fans. I want to take full responsibility for my decisions by giving my best performance on stage.”
Triple H, which consists of HyunA and Pentagon members Hui and E’Dawn, released their second mini album “REtro Futurism” on July 18.
