Blackpink hits 10 million YouTube subscribers

Girl group Blackpink now has 10 million subscribers to their official YouTube page, making them the most popular K-pop group on the site.
At the end of July, Blackpink was awarded the “Diamond Creator Award” for hitting 10 million subscribers on their official YouTube account.
The latest Blackpink album, released on June 15, made K-pop history. The release placed as high as 40th place on the Billboard chart of the 200 most popular albums, the highest mark for a Korean girl group. The song “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” peaked at 55th place on the highly competitive Billboard “Hot 100” song chart.
