Park Hae-mi’s husband causes fatal crash

테스트

Actor Park Hae-mi’s husband Hwang Min was in a car accident in which two people were killed and three other were injured, including himself, Monday around midnight, according to the Gwangjin District police and fire departments.

The accident occurred when Hwang drove his Dodge Challenger into a truck parked on the side of the road, killing two passengers. Aside from some mild injuries, Hwang is said to be okay. At the time of the accident, police said that Hwang’s blood alcohol content level was 0.104 percent - a figure high enough to suspend his driver’s license.

The four other people involved in the accident were all said to be actors who are a part of Haemee Musical Company - a theater group founded by Park Hae-mi herself.

“The two people who died during the accident were my beloved students. I don’t know how I can cope [with the aftermath of the accident]. I am scared, sorry and deeply heartbroken,” Park said in an interview with local media outlet Edaily.

Park debuted in 1984 in the musical “Jesus Christ Superstar.” She married Hwang, who was then an employee at a foreign beer company, in 1995. Park was scheduled to make an appearance at a press conference for “Oh! Carol,” a musical that she produced, on Tuesday afternoon, but she chose not to show up after hearing about the accident.
