Asiana Airlines will move its customer lounge and check-in counters from the west side of the Incheon International Airport’s Terminal 1 to the east side of the terminal starting Oct.1, the airline said on Monday.
The move follows rearrangements at the airport, after Korean Air moved over to the new Terminal 2 at the beginning of this year.
The Asiana check-in counters located at aisles K, L, and M will be relocated to A, B, and C by the end of this month. The airline will also open up three lounges, one for first class customers and two for business class customers, on the east side of Terminal 1.
Asiana said it will be able to offer better customer service once renovation at Terminal 1 is completed by May 2020.
