Shop owners at Mangwon traditional market in western Seoul on Tuesday give out “Moa” tokens to shoppers who bring their own bags to encourage people to be more environmentally friendly. The campaign will run for the next two months. Moa can be used like cash at over 80 stores in Mapo including in the market. [YONHAP]
