A real estate agency in Songpa District, southern Seoul, displays the prices of apartments in the neighborhood on Tuesday. A survey by Budongsan 114, an online real estate information provider, showed that apartments in Seoul costing 900 million won ($806,550) or more gained more value than cheaper ones over the past year.
