Operation of the Seoul Subway Line No. 3 came to a halt Tuesday morning, resulting in commuters lining up at bus stops, including near Samsong Station in Goyang, Gyeonggi. Trains going to and from Daewha Station in Goyang and Gupabal Station in Eunpyeong District, northern Seoul, were suspended for three hours and resumed operation at 8:45 a.m. A vehicle inspecting the line overnight malfunctioned.
