Goobne chicken gets new models
Actor Park Bo-young and singer Cha Eun-woo from boy band Astro have been chosen as the new models for Korean chicken franchise Goobne.“Park’s lovely image and Cha’s classy image fit well with our company’s bright and healthy impression,” the company explained on Wednesday.
The two filmed the ad for the company earlier this month, and it will be released on social media and on television this month.
Park is known for her roles in a variety of films including “Speed Scandal” (2008) and “A Werewolf Boy” (2012). She is also set to appear in the upcoming tvN drama “Abyss” (working title) which will premiere next year.
Cha debuted in 2016 with the group Astro, but is perhaps best known for his leading role in this year’s JTBC hit series “My ID is Gangnam Beauty,” which aired from July to September.
