Lee Soo-kyung lends voice to doc

Actor Lee Soo-kyung has participated as a special narrator for tvN’s documentary series “Little Big Hero” and donated her appearance fees to charity, according to her agency Echo Global Group on Monday.

The program, which has aired since 2012, features the real stories of those who perform good deed for others. On Monday’s episode, Lee introduced the story of Lee Hwan-hee, who created an application through which users can share the status of abandoned animals.

Lee, who is raising two pets that were previously abandoned, has decided to donate all her earnings from the program to a related charity.

Ever since Lee debuted in 2012, she has been working with the NGO Plan Korea to help children in difficult situations. She is known for her appearances in programs like MBC’s “Father, I’ll Take Care of You” (2016) and “All Broadcasting in the World” (2017), and she is also set to star in the upcoming KBS2 series “Left-handed Wife.”
