Star couples have kids on the way
Two star couples - actors Han Ga-in and Youn Jung-hoon, and singers Byul and Haha - surprised fans with pregnancy news on Monday.
Youn, who received the Top Excellence in Acting Award at the MBC Drama Awards on Sunday evening, announced that his wife will bear their second child this year during his acceptance speech.
“We will have a new family member next year,” he said. “I wish they are born strong and healthy, and I want to tell [the child] to be happy.”
Han’s agency BH Entertainment released an official statement on Monday saying that Han is 20-weeks pregnant and is expected to deliver her child in May.
The couple got married in 2005 and had a daughter in 2017.
Meanwhile, Byul and Haha announced that they will be welcoming their third child.
Their agency Quan Entertainment revealed that Byul is 10-weeks pregnant and is taking care of her health.
The two got married in 2012 and has two sons - Dream and Soul - who were born in 2013 and 2017. The couple recently expressed their desire to have a third child in August on the MBC show “Video Star.”
