Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors acquire Moon Seon-minReigning Korean pro football champions Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors acquired former national team midfielder Moon Seon-min Tuesday.
The K League 1 giants bolstered their already-lethal attack by plucking the 26-year-old winger from Incheon United.
A former Swedish league prospect, Moon led all Korean-born players in scoring last season with 14 goals while playing for Incheon United FC, finishing fifth overall behind four foreign strikers.
Moon made his international debut in May last year and appeared in two matches for Korea at the FIFA World Cup in Russia. He has two goals in 11 caps.
“With Moon Seon-min, we’ve added speed and firepower on the wings,” Jeonbuk said in a statement. “He is a perfect fit for our offensive philosophy because of his ability to find space and penetrate.”
