Hari Won to take stage at festival
Vietnamese singer Hari Won will be coming to Korea in May to perform at a festival organized by local sports fans.
The singer will be taking part in the W-POP Festival from May 3 to 5 at Jara Island in Gangwon. The event is organized by Red Angel.
Red Angel started as a cheering squad for Korea’s national sports teams, traveling around the world to cheer on the country’s athletes.
Hari Won has a Vietnamese father and a Korean mother, and trained at a Korean entertainment agency.
“We hope that ‘W-POP Festival’ becomes a chance for the world to come together in peace and harmony, going beyond the borders of language,” the organization said.
