­Listings at a real estate agency in Jamsil-dong, southern Seoul, on Friday show apartments offered at lower prices and rent prices falling with the word “urgent” added in red pen. According to the Korea Appraisal Board, the price of multiunit housing, including apartments, has fallen 0.2 percent last month compared to the previous month. It is the first time in four years and six months that monthly prices have fallen. [YONHAP]
