As Korea was shrouded by fine dust Sunday, apartment complexes in Sejong could barely be seen from across the Geum River. Measures were taken to lower the fine-dust levels in seven cities and provinces, such as Seoul and Chungcheong, including reducing the operation of 21 coal and oil power plants. The National Institute of Environmental Research forecast that fine dust will remain in the capital area and western regions of Korea today. [YONHAP]
