‘Door Lock’ wins award in Brussels

Director Lee Kwon’s “Door Lock” received the award for Thriller Competition at the 37th Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (Bifff), according to the Korean Cultural Center in Brussels, Belgium, on Monday.

Bifff, which ran from April 9 to 21, had a total of 97 films of fantastic, thriller and horror genres competing during the event. Eleven Korean films were invited, including “Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days” (2017),”Rampant” (2018) and “Unstoppable” (2018).

The Golden Raven Award, the highest award from the International Competition, went to the comedy-horror film “Little Monsters” from Netherlands.
