Watch a film with your pet in Busan

If pet owners are looking for a theater where they can watch movies with their beloved companions, Busan Pet Family Festival, which will run from June 7 to 9, is the perfect place to go.

The festival organizers announced that the festival will be held at Busan Cinema Center on Wednesday, with four feature films and seven short films about animals to be screened in both indoor and outdoor arenas for families to enjoy. Pets will be allowed to attend the outdoor screening only.

For the feature film lineup, animation “Underdog,” “A Street Cat Named Bob,” “A Dog’s Purpose,” and “Dancing Cat” are scheduled to screen.

Besides watching films, participants will be able to enjoy various other activities, such as inviting animal experts to host talks about their pets, opening swimming pools for dogs, hosting counseling sessions with vets concerning the health of their pets and many more.

Detailed information related to the event can be found in Busan Cinema Center website (www.dureraum.org) or the festival site (www.kbef.co.kr).
