Seventeen’s The8 drops a single

The8, a Chinese member of boy band Seventeen, dropped a Chinese single on Sunday, his agency Pledis announced over the weekend.

According to the agency, The8’s new song, titled “Dreams Come True,” is an acoustic pop R&B song.

It was released through Chinese music streaming platforms QQ Music, Kugou Music and Kuwo Music.

“The8 took part in writing both the song and lyrics of the track to encourage listeners to pursue their dreams,” the agency said.

“All profits from the single will go to charity, to help support other people’s dreams.”

The8 debuted as a part of the 13-member act Seventeen in 2015.
