GLAY to play first concert in Korea

Japanese rock band GLAY will be making a visit to Korea for the first time on Thursday and will perform over the weekend to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

The four-member band debuted in 1994 with their EP “Rain” and was one of the most popular groups during the late 1990s and the early 2000s.

GLAY will perform on Saturday and Sunday at the KBS Arena in Gangseo District, western Seoul.

“We are so sorry to have kept our Korean fans waiting for 25 years,” Teru, the lead singer of the band, said in a press release.

“We will give all we have got for the fans who have waited so long for us.”
