“Do you know 방탄소년단?”

1.Indian filmmaker Shakun Batra said that he shot a commercial recently and was told that he must use a BTS song for the background. He added that he realized how popular BTS is among young Indians, and his 11-year-old niece and his 11-year-old niece ①would love the commercial ②even as she doesn’t like his films. When asked about Korean ③contents he would like to collaborate for the next film, Chinese filmmaker Yusi Cheng said he wanted BTS.

even as -> even if - even as는 ‘바로 그 순간’을 의미하므로 문맥에 맞지 않음

contents he would like to collaborate -> artists he would like to collaborate with - BTS 는 contents 가 아니라 artists임.

1. Russian film director Ilya Khrzhanovskiy said he also wanted BTS. Bronwen Maddox, director of a UK think tank on US-UK relations, said that her daughter loves BTS so much that the family ④spent vacation in Korea. She added that she follows BTS on social media ⑤on the other side of the planet, and it felt like having seven Korean sons. ⑥She praised that the music is superb and they have the natural talent to be close to any country.

spent vacation -> spent a vacation - 셀 수 있는 명사이므로 부정관사 a 필요함.

on the ->from - BTS가 지구 반대편에 있는 것이 중요한 것이 아닌 she 가 지구 반대편에서 팔로우한 것이 더 중요한 문맥임.

She praised that the music -> She said that their music - praise 는 that절 이하를 꾸며줄 수 없음.

“Do you know BTS?”

can still -> still - 능력을 의미하는 can 이 불필요한 문맥.

tradition ->tradition today - 뒤의 because 절에서 과거를 의미하는 at one time 과 대비시킬 today 필요.

had been the hottest icon -> was the hottest content - 대과거 형태로 대비되는 과거 동사가 앞에 없으므로 대과거가 아닌 단순 과거를 사용해야함

a popular rock band that has become a legend. -> a popular rock band that has become legendary. - a legend 는 하나의 이야기이므로 a band 와 격이 다름.
