Individualism matters most. Long gone are days when ①lifetime career is ②ensured through loyalty. Individual performance and value have become more important to workplaces and society. ③Some seniors could grumble about ④lack of loyalty of young employees to the company. But they should be honest with themselves. ⑤They had been loyal for their own reasons either for promotion or financial reward.

lifetime career → a life time career career 는 셀 수 있는 명사이므로 부정관사 a 필요.
ensured through → guaranteed based on 보장된 임금이나 직업과 관련된 경우 guarantee가 적합한 어휘; ‘기반’, ‘근거’에는 on이 적절
Some seniors → Some team heads senior
lack of loyalty of young employees → a lack of loyalty among young employees 결여의 한 사례이므로 a lack으로; of는 소속의 의미가 강한데 충성심은 반드시 존재하는 덕목은 아님
…. They had been loyal for their own reasons →…. as they also have been loyal for their own reasons, 현재에도 해당하는 내용이므로 have로; 앞선 내용과 긴밀하게 연관되는 내용은 이어서 한 문장 안에

The shorter life in one workplace may become a fixture in Korea too. Leaving work for ⑥another has become a choice for the younger people including those even working for large companies offering comfortable pay and higher job security. another → another job another로 만 쓸 경우 another person으로 오해될 수 있음
online platform → an online platform platform
said she consulted → said that she consulted 목적절을 이끄는 that은 생략 가능하지만 그 that절 안의 내용이and로 이어지면 보통 앞에는 that을 씀
wished to → wish to
not mostly from recruits in small and mid-sized companies → not only from small and mid-sized companies.
other job → other jobs another 뒤에는 단수명사가 오고 other 뒤에는 복수명사가 옴
