HA:TFELT to collab with Moonbyul

Singer HA:TFELT, formerly known as Ye-eun of girl group Wonder Girls, will be collaborating with Mamamoo’s Moonbyul for a new single, her agency Amoeba Culture said on Tuesday.

According to the agency, the two have come together for HA:TFELT’s upcoming single “Happy Now,” a new track that comes as the second release of the agency’s “Code Share” project and will drop on Thursday.

Amoeba Culture began its “Code Share” project in early July, in which artists from Amoeba Culture collaborate with artists from other agencies.

The first artist chosen was rapper Hangzoo, who dropped his single “Cart” featuring Miyeon of girl group (G)I-DLE on July 9.

Amoeba Culture also has another project with a similar name, titled “Chord Share,” a collaboration project between artists from Amoeba Culture with music producing team Devine Channel. Singer Thama released his EP “Pre” through the project in March, followed by singer Sole in June.

“Through ‘Happy Now,’ the two singers have come together to share a single code through music,” the agency said.

HA:TFELT made her debut in 2007 as part of five-member girl group Wonder Girls and made her solo debut in 2014 with “Ain’t Nobody,” a song she wrote on her own.

HA:TFELT joined Amoeba Culture in 2017.
