A grand tour

Hundreds of cyclists kick off the 2019 Tour de DMZ, a five-day international road cycling competition that takes place in areas adjacent to the demilitarized zone (DMZ), from Inje, Gangwon, on Friday. They will ride a 510-kilometer-long (317-mile-long) route stretching from Goseong, Gangwon, on Korea’s east coast, to Ganghwa in Incheon on the west coast through Tuesday. [YONHAP]
