President Moon Jae-in posted a well-wishing message to the people for the Chuseok holiday on his Facebook page on Wednesday, reading “I wish for a fair and equal country like a full moon that shines impartially over the world.” The message triggered furious criticism that President Moon talks about fairness but appointed Cho Kuk, whose family is embroiled in an ongoing probe, as justice minister.
