Japanese patrol and maritime safety authorities rescue North Korean fishermen after their boat collided with a Japanese patrol vessel in the East Sea Monday. The Japanese Fisheries Agency said that all of some 60 North Koreans whose boat sank off the northwestern coast of Japan’s Noto Peninsula were rescued that day. [AP/YONHAP]
