Researchers at the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, unveil slime products that are subject to recalls for containing excess amounts of boron and preservatives. After conducting an investigation over six months from March on 148 slime products, popular with children and akin to putty, the agency found 87 products had amounts of boron that exceeded safety standards while eight products had an excess of preservatives.
