To help a stream freeze over, divers work to slow its current at one of the venues for the Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival in Hwacheon County, Gangwon, on Wednesday. Unexpectedly warm weather forced the organizer to postpone the opening of the annual winter festival until Jan. 27. [YONHAP]
