Until today: Genji, Millennium Hilton Seoul’s Japanese restaurant, serves swellfish (also called fugu), a seasonal delicacy highly revered in Japanese cuisine. Delight in the finest flavors and most tender textures that can only be experienced during swellfish season and at the hands of a skilled chef.
Genji’s chefs have created a special set menu that features this fish in a variety of ways. The dishes include swellfish sashimi, tempura, swellfish cooked in a hot pot and more. This special meal is priced at 170,000 won ($144) per person and is available for lunch and dinner. A la carte prices range from 100,000 to 220,000 won.

Through April 3: The Lounge, the 24th-floor destination at Park Hyatt Seoul, presents the Strawberry Afternoon Tea set, a celebration of fresh seasonal strawberries. Featuring a menu of creative strawberry desserts including jeungpyeon rice cakes with strawberry syrup and cream cheese, strawberry and pistachio financiers and bokbunja (Korean raspberries) and strawberry cheesecake, the afternoon tea set is served amid The Lounge’s iconic urban views, ushered in through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering the perfect venue for an afternoon of indulgent relaxation. The Strawberry Afternoon Tea is served from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is priced at 39,000 won per person (including tax; no service charge applies; tea set served to a minimum of two guests).
Savory items and desserts in the afternoon tea set are served on an exclusive Park Hyatt Seoul three-tier ceramic tray inspired by Korean traditional aesthetics. The eye-catching seasonal strawberry dessert menu includes strawberry and pistachio financiers, baked from dough made with ground pistachio nuts; Pavlova of baked meringue topped with strawberries; sweet-yet-tangy bokbunja and strawberry cheesecake; and strawberry tiramisu, crafted from layers of strawberry compote and rich mascarpone. Guests choosing Strawberry Afternoon Tea are also offered Strawberry Jewelry, a unique dessert served in a box designed in the style of a jewelry case. Decorated to evoke the appearance of a genuine jewelry item, Strawberry Jewelry desserts are available in a variety of designs to suit every taste. The savory menu includes jeungpyeon rice cakes with strawberry syrup and cream cheese; cauliflower cream soup with rosemary chips and bacon; and tteokgalbi croquettes, tteokgalbi rib meat patties coated with bread crumbs and deep fried.
The Strawberry Afternoon Tea set is served with a wide choice of premium teas and coffees. Sweet and aromatic strawberry or omija berry tea or fragrant Earl Grey complement the flavors and textures of the dessert and savory selections particularly well. Champagne is also available for a supplementary price of 18,000 won per glass. The Strawberry Afternoon Tea set menu may vary according to daily availability of ingredients.

Mondays to Wednesdays: The Sky Lounge located on the 30th floor of InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, offers a new promotion, “Crazy for Pizza,” featuring three types of pizzas prepared by an Italian chef. “Crazy for Pizza” featuring three types of rare pizzas was created by Italian chef Luca Carrino with 22 years of experience. Seafood pizza topped with cooked oysters, rucola-topped focaccia pizza that contains tomato-flavored amatriciana sauce and Pecorino cheese are served. Lastly, dessert pizza where deep-fried pizza dough comes with chocolate spread and sugar wraps up the course alongside coffee or tea.
The hotel’s signature handcrafted beer, ArtWeizen, is available at a lower price when ordered with “Crazy for Pizza.” The creation of Artweizen was led by the hotel’s mixologist. The original wheat beer is made from a mixture of top-quality European noble hops which boasts its full-body taste and a golden tone. “Crazy for Pizza” is available from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays to Wednesdays at 58,000 won per person including tax and service charge.
