Kim Hong-gul, chairman of the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation, urges the Korean government to reopen the Kaesong Industrial Complex in a speech delivered near the U.S. Embassy in central Seoul on Monday. Kim is the youngest son of former South Korean President Kim Dae-jung, who engaged North Korea with his so-called Sunshine Policy. [NEWS1]
