Education Minister Yoo Eun-hae virtually delivers certificates of appointment to members of the “10,000 online community” at the group’s opening ceremony held in Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul, Monday. The community is a group of school teachers and public service workers in the education sector that will provide support, give feedback and solve problems related to online classes, which will start on April 9.
