The 2020 Seoul Blues Festival will be held at Platform Chang Dong 61, a cultural center in northern Seoul, from Aug. 28 to 30, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on Tuesday.

Amid the growing clusters of Covid-19 cases, the event is to be hosted while strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines, according to the metropolitan government. The audience will be required to wear masks, have their temperatures checked, and maintain a distance of more than 1 meter (3 feet) in between seats. People are also banned from consuming food or drinks.

Co-hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH), Platform Chang Dong 61, Barun Music Cooperative and the Korea Blues Society, the three-day festival will feature top blues singers in Korea such as Um In-ho, Kim Mok-kyung and Shin Dae-chul.

Tickets range from 22,000 won ($19) to 33,000 won depending on the day, and can be reserved through Interpark Ticket. Visit Platform Chang Dong 61’s official website (www.platform61.kr) or the Korea Blues Society's Facebook page for more information.
