Riot Games began a special event on Friday to celebrate the launch of Wild Rift, the mobile version of its popular online game League of Legends (LoL), as well as the comeback of its four-member virtual girl group K/DA.
Girl group K/DA, comprised of four characters from LoL — Ahri, Akali, Kai’Sa and Evelynn — will release its EP "All Out" on Nov. 6, having revealed the lead track "More" on Oct. 29.
To record the song "More," singers Soyeon and Miyeon from K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE once again joined forces with pop singers Madison Beer and Jaira Burns, as well as Lexie Liu, who was featured on the song as the character Seraphine.
"All Out" comes three months after the track "The Baddest" was released in August and two years after its debut track "Pop/Stars."
The new "All Out" event will take place inside LoL, Legend of Runeterra (LoR), Teamfight Tactics (TFT) and Wild Rift to celebrate the group's first EP.
New K/DA skins will be available from today for the five champions (the characters of LoL and its sister games as they are referred to within the game) who participated in singing "More," and a prestige edition will be available for Kai'Sa.
Users who play the four champions of K/DA on Wild Rift will be able to earn prizes when they clear missions given by the game while playing the characters.
A "K/DA All Out Event Pass" will go on sale on LoR, and new little legends will be revealed on TFT.
Real-life merchandise will also be available for Blades, the official fan club of K/DA. Figurines, stuffed toys and clothes will be available on various online platforms including Gmarket, Auction and Market Inven.
