Models demonstrate how to use the English-language service of SK Telecom's kiosk installed in the T Factory experience store in Hongdae, western Seoul, Monday. As the number of multicultural families surpasses 2.2 million in Korea, SK Telecom plans to expand foreign language services under its "Like a Local" initiative. English-language services will be made available on the SK Telecom mobile app. In-bound counselors will receive calls in English, Japanese and Chinese.
