Tiger for all terrains

New Horizons Studio, a Silicon Valley-based business unit under Hyundai Motor Group dedicated to future mobility using robotics and wheeled locomotion technology, unveiled a small unmanned four-wheeled robot named Tiger, short for Transforming Intelligent Ground Excursion Robot, through Hyundai Motor Group’s YouTube channel on Wednesday. Tiger, which weighs 12 kilograms (26 pounds), is able to walk on rough terrain while transforming into a four-wheeled drive vehicle on flat land.
