Mysteries of ‘The Penthouse’ get two more episodes

“The Penthouse,” SBS’s popular series about murder at one of Seoul’s most desirable addresses, will end with two more episodes than originally planned.

Written by Kim Soon-ok, the first season of “The Penthouse” premiered in October 2020. It introduced the glamorous, homicidal residents of a fictional high-end apartment complex called Hera Palace, who are prepared to do anything to keep their dark secrets hidden.

“The Penthouse 3,” the third and the last season of the series, which is still enjoying a two-digit viewership rate, has been expanded to 14 episodes from the original 12. Seven episodes have already aired.

“We have decided to extend the series with two more episodes to perfect the finale of the story,” SBS said in a statement.
