Management agency IOK Company acquires YNK Entertainment

YNK Entertainment, home to actors Shin Hae-sun and Kim Hyun-joo, has been acquired by management agency IOK Company.
YNK Entertainment announced the takeover Thursday after IOK Company acquired 100 percent of YNK on Wednesday.
Local media outlets are reporting that IOK Company is currently focusing on expanding its business into film production. The agency currently represents actors such as Ko Hyun-jung, Zo In-sung, Kim Ha-neul and Lee Sung-jae and musicians including Jang Yoon-jung and Moon Hee-joon.
